The Bianconeri Bring In Ex- Italian National Team Boss the Experienced Gaffer

The Serie A powerhouse have chosen former Italian national team manager Luciano Spalletti as their manager until the end of the season.

The experienced coach takes over from the Croatian manager, who was dismissed after the Serie A side's defeat by Lazio last weekend.

Tudor arrived at the club in March to replace Thiago Motta but left after seven months at the end of an eight-match winless run.

Under Spalletti, Napoli clinched the Serie A championship in 2022-23 prior to assuming the Italy role, which missed out on the 2022 World Cup under former boss Roberto Mancini.

He secured their spot in Euro 2024 where they were knocked out in the last 16 by Switzerland.

However, Spalletti was sacked by Italy in June following a loss to Norway in World Cup qualifying, as Italy faced the possibility of not making a third World Cup in a row.

Spalletti has also managed Inter Milan, Roma and Udinese in Serie A and secured two Russian Premier League titles with Zenit St Petersburg.

Juventus were temporarily led by Massimo Brambilla during the 3-1 victory over Udinese on Wednesday placing them seventh in the Serie A standings - trailing leaders Napoli by six points after nine matches.

Their Champions League campaign sees them in 25th place in the group stage, with one loss and two draws in their first three games.
